En su cartera de productos Midea residencial, Oldach cuenta con un nuevo producto de pared alta que utiliza el refrigerante R32, el cual reduce un 70% el impacto sobre el calentamiento global respecto a su predecesor.

Acondicionadores de aire

Oldach cuenta con una excelente trayectoria de crecimiento sostenido en la distribución de acondicionadores de aire, productos para sistemas HVAC, componentes de repuestos o refracciones, así como materiales utilizados en la instalación de estos sistemas. Con su división de exportación, Oldach Trading LLC, comercializa y distribuye la línea completa de productos de acondicionadores de aires residencial, comerciales e industriales, marca Midea y MDV.

INNOVACIÓN Y SOSTENIBILIDAD
En su cartera de productos Midea residencial, Oldach Trading cuenta con un nuevo producto de pared alta que utiliza el refrigerante R32 que reduce en un 30% la carga necesaria, no tiene efecto sobre la capa de ozono y reduce aproximadamente un 70% el impacto sobre el calentamiento global respecto a su predecesor. Gracias a la reducción del valor del índice GWP, el refrigerante R32 se caracteriza porque las emisiones de CO2 son notablemente inferiores a las de los otros refrigerantes HFC.
Los estudios comparativos muestran que, en igualdad de condiciones, el nuevo refrigerante R32 asegura una eficiencia específica superior entre un 2% y un 9% si se le compara con el gas R410A. Es la solución más innovadora para combinar la sostenibilidad del medio ambiente, rendimiento y seguridad.
Midea R32 de pared alta ofrece un ahorro en energía de hasta 21 SEER. Estos sistemas Mini Split, reducen el consumo energético de un hogar aportando un ahorro económico al usuario. Solo Midea, líder mundial en acondicionadores de aire, podía reunir todas las últimas tecnologías e innovaciones para ofrecer el máximo confort y rendimiento energético en el hogar durante todo el año, en temporada de calor o frío.
Cabe destacar que el sistema de pared alta Midea R32 cuenta con un filtro de aire de alta densidad que aumenta su eficacia en más de un 50 por ciento, en comparación con los filtros tradicionales, reteniendo mayor cantidad de partículas de polvo, polen y bacterias. Su panel frontal es removible para rápido acceso al filtro de aire lo que facilita el mantenimiento. Esto garantiza una calidad de aire más puro. La empresa cuenta con filtros adicionales con tecnología propia de Midea, así como luces ultravioleta para mayor calidad de aire.
Siendo un sistema con opción al Wifi, se puede descargar la aplicación Midea, disponible tanto para terminales con iOS o Android, y está diseñado para ofrecer aún más funcionalidad y una mayor facilidad de uso, como, por ejemplo, encender el aire acondicionado mientras se dirige casa, para disfrutar de la temperatura deseada cuando llegue.
Los sistemas de residenciales con compatibles con los dispositivos Alexa. Midea ofrece diferentes opciones para integrarse a sistemas centralizados, y de ahí conectarse a sistemas de BMS bajo otros protocolos de comunicación tales como Bacnet.
